Terms of use
1. The service
Heshbonit+ is online software for pricing, issuing quotes and internal payment requests, managing customers, and tracking payments and expenses. It is provided by Heshbonit+ (the “Operator”).
2. Non-tax documents
Quotes and payment requests issued in the system are not tax invoices, receipts or any other tax document. The system does not claim Tax Authority approval and does not itself issue tax documents. Issuing tax documents requires connecting an approved accounting provider, and compliance with the law remains the user's responsibility.
3. No professional advice
Calculations, estimates and suggestions (including the AI assistant, if enabled) are tools for internal management. They are not tax, accounting, legal or investment advice.
4. Account and security
The user is responsible for keeping login details safe, for the accuracy of the data entered, and for having the right to enter their customers' data. Suspected unauthorised use must be reported.
5. Prohibited use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, impersonation, disrupting availability, or circumventing plan and security limits.
6. Plans and payment
Usage is set by plan. Prices and billing terms will be published on the pricing page.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. The Operator aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination and data export
You can export all business data and delete the account at any time under Settings → Privacy & data. After you delete an account you can restore it for 30 days simply by logging in again; after 30 days all data is erased permanently and cannot be recovered.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Israeli law governs the use of the service, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Payment security and fraud prevention
To protect users and the Operator, and to prevent the use of stolen credit cards and other fraud, every login to an account is recorded (time and IP address), as are plan changes and payment actions. The records are kept in an audit log and may be used to investigate suspicious accounts, block access and provide information to competent authorities as required by law.
