Privacy policy

What is stored

Account details (name, email, one-way hashed password), business details, and the data you enter: customers, catalog, quotes, documents, payments, expenses and uploaded files. We also keep an audit log of actions, the IP and browser of logins, and an email delivery log.

Your customers' data

You enter your customers' data and you are responsible for it. We store it on your behalf and do not use it for any other purpose.

How data is used

To run the service, keep it secure, prevent abuse and send service messages (email verification, password reset, quotes you send). We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.

Free-trial abuse prevention

To grant a free trial once per person, one-way hashes of the email address, IP address and browser signature are stored. The original values cannot be recovered from them, and they are kept after an account is deleted.

Product analytics

We keep anonymous usage events (such as completing signup) without personal details, to improve the product. Analytics on the marketing site run only with your consent.

AI assistant (optional)

If the Operator enabled the AI assistant, your question and the relevant calculation results from your business are sent to the model provider (Groq) to phrase an answer. For the smart quote, only the project description you typed and the names of items in your catalog are sent — not customer details, contact details, costs or passwords. Prices are calculated by us, not by the AI. The assistant cannot change data.

Email and storage

Email is sent through a mail server configured by the Operator. Files are kept in storage configured by the Operator.

Your rights

You can export all data and delete the account under Settings → Privacy & data. For other requests use the contact page.

Retention

Data is kept while the account is active, and backups are removed per the Operator's policy.

Login records and fraud prevention

Every login to an account (successful or failed) is recorded in an audit log with the time and IP address, as are plan changes and payment actions. The records exist to secure the account, to detect stolen-card use and fraud, and to investigate inquiries. They are not used for advertising.
